3 or 4 Day Elegant Walk with Hotel Style Accommodation
Includes all food except dinner at Awaroa Lodge, water taxi connections, bag transfers, and hotel transfers ex. Nelson, Motueka or Marahau.
This is the more DIY (do-it-yourself) approach to your personal discovery of the Abel Tasman National Park. You will get detailed trip notes, including tide times and advice as what to take and when to walk etc.
Walking begins in Marahau and we walk to Anchorage on Day 1.
Day 2 - walking from Anchorage/Torrent Bay to Awaroa Inlet and Lodge.
Day 3 - from Awaroa to Totaranui and return to Marahau by water taxi.
Begins with a water taxi shuttle to Totaranui and then walking to Awaroa inlet and Lodge on Day 1
Day 2 - walking from Awaroa Lodge to Anchorage/Torrent Bay
Day 3 - from Anchorage/Torrent Bay to Marahau.

This itinerary stays in the DOC (Department of Conservation) huts along the way (communal bunkhouse accommodation). You need to carry your own food, sleeping bag and cooking facilities. The DOC huts are located at Anchorage, Bark Bay & Awaroa

These are for more independent hikers, who wish to walk the track at their own pace yet with certain arrangements made. The following offer options - some with hotel or sailboat accommodations, partially catered and with bag transfers. You only need carry a backpack!
